Our electronic items are delivered by email via Bookfunnel. If you have any problems receiving your electronic items, please contact starla@starlanight.com immediately for assistance.

We ship physical items in the United States via the most economical provider that provides tracking information. Shipping transaction details are provided via email. Most physical items ship within a few days. If an order will require more time to process, you should receive an email with that information.

Physical items will be shipped to the address provided by the customer. If there are any problems, please contact starla@starlanight.com immediately. After the items have shipped, we can no longer change the order.
